Nearly all overweight menopausal women and andropausal men have fatty livers. We must de-fat it to dance at our grandchildren's weddings.

Fatty livers cause us to burn fat slower and prevent our cells from receiving the messages our hormones are trying to convey. And remember, it's all about our hormones.
