But, how in the heck do you tame estrogen dominance?” SLOWLY! "So, how long will that take?" IT NEVER ENDS! Estrogen Dominance is what most women call menopause. The reason I say that is because the symptoms women complain about when in menopause are the symptoms estrogen dominance causes.

In Weight Loss Success 101, I introduced you to the most crucial tool for creating the YOU you desire: accountability. In Weight Loss Success 102, I introduced you to the following tool: customization. The third tool is... KNOWLEDGE Our success rate increased tremendously once we introduced the first Enlightenment Coaching Tool, Daily Statistical Texting. "If you text daily, you'll succeed easily. If you don't, you won't!" However, some people who texted daily still failed. We found that these patients failed because they encountered a problem for which they had no solution and started stinkin' thinking. "We learned that the only way to customize the program for each patient was to be available 24/7 for our clients so that when the problem occurred, they could text us the problem, and we could help them solve it. If they didn't have a solution to the problem as the problem presented itself, their stinkin' thinking would kick in, and if I let them, they would give up." But we had one more problem. We found that a patient could lose 25, 50, and even 100 pounds or more, and if we didn't tame estrogen dominance, our patients would gain all their weight back and even more. For The HOPE Protocol to succeed, I needed to teach them the different tools required to tame estrogen dominance. "Taming Estrogen Dominance and keeping it tamed is a lifetime mission."
