The Third Strand of the HOPE Protocol is called the Purification Protocol. It has three phases. The first phase concerns optimizing the liver.

If you’re not as healthy as you could be during your "Third Act" of life, the first step to optimizing your health is optimizing your liver.

Your liver is in charge of hormone conversion and activation. It is also in charge of fat burning. Its primary job is to purify the body by:
