But what if the path to vibrant health, effortless weight balance, hormone harmony, and daily joy didn’t begin with a massive life overhaul? What if it began with... five minutes? Enter your new secret weapon: The Five-Minute Chunk Rule. THE FIVE-MINUTE CHUNK RULE DEFINEDIt’s so simple, it should come with a cape. Here’s the deal:

Instead of thinking, “I have to exercise for an hour," you say, “I’ll move my body intentionally for five minutes.” Instead of “I should meal prep for the week," you say, “I’ll chop a few veggies for five minutes.” No pressure!
