MIND OPTIMIZATION ENLIGHTENMENT COACHING Sponsored by the "Third Act " Optimizers THE ART OF SUCCESS In the last Mind Optimization Course, I wrote about how, in the 1980s, I was a motivational speaker but not a very good one. I explained that the best part of my three-year motivational speaker tour was that I got to hang out with the best in the motivational business, New York Times bestsellers, to this day. I listened and learned and discovered that they were all teaching the same thing. The degree of our attendees' success was directly associated with their self-discipline. THE FIRST STEP After practicing for 45 years and having helped tens of thousands improve their hormones, weight, health, and minds, I have noticed that what makes some of my patients/clients more self-disciplined and, therefore, more successful is that they have a big-time purpose that fuels their passion to achieve their goal. "If your goal doesn't mean much to you, discipline won't last." PURPOSE It's important to be clear on why you want and need to be disciplined—whether for health, relationships, business, or mentoring. One of the first questions my clients must answer if they are wanting to lose weight is: "WHY? Why do you want to lose weight?" My Eulogy Goal is to dance at my grandchildren's weddings. My oldest grandchild is 8. That means I will have to live at least another 22 years, into my nineties, and still be healthy because the important part of my Eulogy Goal is to be capable of dancing. Science tells us that we live as long as our waist is tiny. So, my first goal is to weigh my bottom, healthy, happy, ideal weight. I can see myself dancing with my granddaughter. Oh, what a beautiful vision it is. "If you want to succeed at anything, know your purpose." 🕺 Doc Mac If you want me to coach you on optimizing your hormones, weight, health, and mind, I can do all four simultaneously; all you have to do is ask. Oh, and it's FREE! COACH ME DOC Next week, I will write about the next step all speakers agreed upon to be more self-disciplined. |
I have practiced hormone and weight optimization for over forty-five years. I retired 10 years ago; at least, that is what I thought. When I retired, my wife and I owned and operated several medical clinics specializing in hormone and weight optimization. We discovered that as a woman enters menopause, her hormones become disrupted, causing many women to gain weight rapidly, and no matter what they do, not be able to lose it. If that has happened to you, text me at 209-345-9799. I have found that those who text me are serious about creating the body they desire. Once I receive your text, I will find a convenient time for you to speak with me. During our conversation, I will customize a gourmet weight loss menu for you, and tweak it until it works. Our menus have no caloric restrictions or frequency of meals. There is no charge! 👍 Doc

"Doc, once I turned 50 years old, my anxiety levels skyrocketed. Especially in the morning. What caused this?" As you age, your estrogen levels are not the only hormone to wane. Your progesterone levels drop to nearly zero once ovulation ceases. Progesterone: The Calming Hormone "If estrogen is your body’s spark plug, progesterone is the brake pedal that keeps you from burning out. It’s the hormone that whispers, Relax, I’ve got this.” Progesterone: Your Anti-Anxiety Hormone Progesterone...
STRAND ONE HORMONE OPTIMIZATION Estrogen’s Role in Vitality & Mood Reader, Let’s talk about a hormone that deserves a standing ovation: estrogen. I know! I know! I sometimes make estrogen sound like a bad girl, but it's not estrogen that's so bad; it's the imbalance between estrogen and progesterone that causes all the problems. When they are balanced, you feel like yourself — energized, clear-headed, emotionally steady, and maybe even ready to dance in the kitchen. But when estrogen takes a...
